- 30 large leaves of romaine lettuce
- Kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper
- 20 white anchovies (optional)
- Pecorino Romano cheese (cubed) to taste
- Splash of vinegarette

Cheesy Spinach and Chicken Casserole

- 1 ½ pounds boneless chicken breasts
- ½ pound spinach, chopped
- ½ pound smoked gouda cheese
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Bake the chicken and cube it in bite-sized pieces. Gently and slowly melt the cheese in the milk. Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish. Place in a 350-degree oven and bake until bubbly.

Slowly melt the butter and honey. Place apples in a baking pan and drizzle the honey and butter mixture over them. Bake at 350 degrees until tender.
